At Bombay Art Jewellery, we strive to provide high-quality imitation jewellery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused and in original condition
    • It must include original packaging
    • Proof of purchase is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items purchased on sale or discount

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

👉 You must share an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if replacement is not available.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited via the original payment method or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

💍 Important Note (Imitation Jewellery)

  • Slight color or design variation is normal due to lighting and photography.
  • Proper care is required; damage due to misuse will not be covered.
